Returns

We want you to love your purchase from [Madhavya Jewels]. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, certificate, and invoice

  • The return request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Customized / personalized jewelry

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3-4 business days

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer size exchange for rings only, subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
